Breaking Barriers Together offers support and accommodation for children and young people aged between 5 and 18 years.

We operate 24 hours a day 365 days a year, and are available in emergency situations to offer crisis placements if needed. We also provide long term support and accommodation to children and are willing to accept referrals from Local Authorities throughout the United Kingdom.

Our staff if necessary are willing to securely transport children and young people to our homes in Crewe Cheshire to ensure that they feel safe and cared for at the most difficult of times.

We are wiling to consider any referral from low level support to the most complex of needs.

Our service and staff are overseen by qualified social workers who together have over 28 years experience.
